Education Series: Apprenticeships - 04/14/2021 (Virtual)
The Chamber Education Series provides information and resources to assist businesses in establishing programs that contribute to the creation of strong talent pipeline in the community while supporting the local educational system. This third virtual meeting will be focused on apprenticeships, including panelist from Greater Ohio Workforce Board who is able to walk companies through the steps of establishing apprenticeships. Apprenticeships are employer driven and have shown upward of a 90% retention rate.
