"To Your Health!" - Tips from local experts on how to reach your fitness goals in 2015! 
 
During this informative session you will receive the latest information on: 
  • Carbs - Fats - Proteins -- What's a healthy person to eat?
  • Zombies,  Run! - Daily Burn - My Fitness Pal --  Learn about the newest apps that can help you stick with your fitness goals. 
  • What's Stress Got To Do With It? Learn the impact of stress on the body and how to lessen its effect with these easy steps. 
  • Cardio or Strength Training -- What is the best route to fitness? 
  • 100 Pounds Later -- Hear how a fellow Chamber member lost 100 pounds and has kept it off for nearly 10 years.  
This member-only lunch session will take place on Thursday, January 29 in the Bushnell Building's "The Cellar" 
 14 E. Main St.  
Registration is at 11:30; program begins at noon.
Parking is available in the Bushnell Parking Garage - enter off of North Limestone Street.

Lunch by Carmae is included in your $25 registration fee. Event vouchers may be redeemed for this event.
