For many years, Kate received the Ohio Association of Realtors President's Sales Club "Award of Achievement". President’s Sales Club recipients are among an elite group within the real estate profession. Despite the limited inventory, Kate consistently achieved a level of accomplishment that only 10 percent of Ohio’s real estate professionals have attained.

In 2015, Kate took extensive courses to sit for the Ohio Broker's Exam.  She works exclusively as the Principal Broker, Founder & CEO of Gallery Homes Real Estate.
